What do all the little Icons mean?
Folder: This Icon represents a Folder in the Content Directory. It can represent a Publication, a Year, an Issue or a Section or Sub Section.
New Folder: This icon causes the page to reload and a New Folder will be created below the existing Folder level at which the Icon was clicked.
Check Mark Icon: This icon is used to name a Folder. When a new folder is created, it has a blank text field into which the name can be typed. Clicking this Check Mark will close the folder,sealing the name.
Copy: The Copy button is used to Copy either Articles or Folder Directories.
Paste: The Paste button determines where the Folder or Article will be pasted to.
Quark Tag Export: This icon will Export a single article or all the articles in the Selected Folder to a ZIP file, which can be downloaded to a local directory and imported into Quark Xpress.
Folder Setup: Clicking this icon will open the FolderSettings data entry area and allow the User to change the Foldername, it's Sort Order and it�s publish and expirydates.
Trash: Trash operates in two ways. On the Left-hand Content Directory, clicking this button will simply delete a link to an article. The article remains intact. Clicking the Trash button on the Right hand Article List side, will actually delete the entire article.
