Copy: The Copy button is used to Copy either Articles or Folder Directories.

Paste: The Paste button determines where the Folder or Article will be pasted to.

Quark Tag Export: This icon will Export a single article or all the articles in the Selected Folder to a ZIP file, which can be downloaded to a local directory and imported into Quark Xpress.

Folder Setup: Clicking this icon will open the FolderSettings data entry area and allow the User to change the Foldername, it's Sort Order and its publish and expirydates.

Trash: Trash operates in two ways. On the Left-hand Content Directory, clicking this button will simply delete a link to an article. The article remains intact. Clicking the Trash button on the Right hand Article List side, will actually delete the entire article.
